I was extremely impressed with Nick Capps and Citadel Contracting, in addition to doing a fantastic job replacing my roof he helped chase my insurance company for months until they finally paid a (valid) claim. He came out to my house multiple times for various insurance company requests/tests and provided all the continued follow-ups/quotes/photos needed to finally get the claim approved. I highly doubt I would have gotten the claim approved without his assistance and hugely appreciated his promptness in replying and getting everything done, plus of course the new roof looks and works great, highly recommend!!
